Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide non-medical in-home support, including companionship and personal care.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Help with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Engage clients in stimulating activities, conversation, and social interaction.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and run errands as needed.
  • Observe and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the care team.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for clients.
