Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Design Pinterest Curator with a strong focus on home decor trends and aesthetics. This role is crucial for enhancing our brand’s presence on Pinterest, driving engagement, and inspiring our audience with curated content that aligns with Pottery Barn’s design philosophy. You will be responsible for developing and executing a Pinterest strategy, identifying emerging home decor trends, and creating visually compelling boards that captivate our target market and drive traffic to our website.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Pinterest strategy to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive traffic to Pottery Barn's website.
- Curate and organize visually stunning Pinterest boards featuring Pottery Barn products, inspirational home decor ideas, and design tips.
- Research and identify emerging interior design and home decor trends, incorporating them into content strategy.
- Create compelling visual content, including Pins, Idea Pins, and video Pins, utilizing high-quality imagery and captivating descriptions.
- Monitor Pinterest analytics to track performance, identify insights, and optimize strategy for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital platforms.
- Engage with the Pinterest community, respond to comments, and foster a strong brand presence.
- Stay updated on Pinterest algorithm changes, best practices, and new features to maximize platform effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Pinterest curator or social media manager with a focus on interior design or home decor.
- Exceptional eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
- Deep understanding of Pinterest's platform, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in visual content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong knowledge of current and emerging home decor and interior design trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
