Job Description
Join Accenture’s innovative team as a Junior AI Language Model Trainer. In this entry-level role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the performance and accuracy of our cutting-edge AI language models. You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing, evaluating, and refining AI-generated text, providing critical feedback to improve language understanding, coherence, and relevance. Key Responsibilities

- Identify and document patterns, biases, and areas for improvement in model outputs.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to translate linguistic insights into actionable model enhancements.
- Participate in regular calibration sessions to maintain data annotation quality and consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing, and machine learning.
- Contribute to the development of annotation guidelines and best practices.
