Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior chemists and lab technicians in preparing chemical solutions and reagents.
- Perform routine laboratory experiments and tests following established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Operate and maintain standard laboratory equipment, including calibration and minor troubleshooting.
- Accurately record and document experimental data, observations, and results.
- Conduct basic data analysis and prepare preliminary reports under supervision.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Participate actively in training sessions and continuous learning initiatives.
- Contribute to inventory management of laboratory supplies and chemicals.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED with a demonstrated aptitude for science, particularly chemistry.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in laboratory science.
- Basic understanding of laboratory safety principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work independently when required.

Preferred Qualifications
