Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing customers in a face-to-face setting to discuss energy products and services.
- Educate customers on available energy efficiency programs, renewable energy options, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and effectively present tailored energy solutions.
- Represent Southern California Edison with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and marketing objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Accurately record and manage customer information and sales data.
