Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team in Wesley Chapel, FL. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as necessary.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents, both physical and digital.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, analyses, and presentations.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Undertake special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all tasks.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
