Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine prompts for various AI models to achieve desired outputs and improve model performance.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and developers to understand model capabilities and limitations.
- Execute thorough testing and validation of prompts, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Analyze prompt effectiveness and document best practices and lessons learned.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions for complex prompt challenges.
- Contribute to the creation of guidelines and standards for prompt development and evaluation.
- Provide feedback to development teams on model behavior and suggest enhancements.

- Basic understanding of how AI models (e.g., large language models) work.
