Job Description
Join Concentrix as a Junior Sales Development Representative through our paid apprenticeship program! This is an exceptional opportunity for ambitious individuals looking to launch a career in sales, even without prior experience. You will gain hands-on training, mentorship, and a solid foundation in sales strategies, lead generation, and customer engagement within a dynamic global organization. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a comprehensive paid apprenticeship program, learning sales fundamentals and best practices.
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts for new business opportunities.
- Initiate outbound contact (via phone, email, LinkedIn) with prospective clients to qualify leads and generate interest.
- Effectively communicate Concentrix's value proposition and service offerings.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Senior Sales Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and qualified appointments.
- Continuously learn about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
