Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and discreet Medical Spa Aide to join our thriving Aesthetics & Wellness team. This pivotal role supports our medical aesthetic professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic while maintaining the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to patient privacy and service excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after client appointments, ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking.
- Assist medical professionals with client preparation, including draping and comfort measures.
- Maintain strict client confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations and internal privacy protocols.
- Sterilize and maintain medical equipment according to established guidelines.
- Manage inventory of supplies, place orders, and ensure efficient stock rotation.
- Greet clients warmly, manage scheduling, and process payments accurately.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and answering phones.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions as directed by professionals.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety within the spa environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the entire team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A compassionate and professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification as a Medical Assistant or CNA.
