Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused MedSpa Patient Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Hialeah, FL. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and confirm patient bookings.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Educate patients on available services, promotions, and financing options.
  • Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining office supplies and ensuring the reception area is tidy.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient flow and satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and medical professionals, ensuring clear communication.
  • Handle patient feedback and resolve minor issues with empathy and professionalism.
