Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced microblading artists during client consultations and procedures.
- Learn and practice various microblading techniques on practice skin and models under direct supervision.
- Maintain a sterile and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize equipment before and after appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued.
- Shadow and observe senior artists to understand client assessment, design, and aftercare.
- Manage appointment scheduling and client records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to continuously develop skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Selfridges' high standards of service.
