Key Responsibilities
- Participate in client workshops and meetings to gather and document business requirements under the guidance of senior analysts.
- Assist in translating business needs into functional and technical specifications for Microsoft-based solutions (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure).
- Conduct data analysis and develop basic reports or dashboards to support business insights.
- Support the testing phase of solutions, ensuring they meet specified requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Engage actively in the professional mentorship program, seeking feedback and applying learned concepts.
- Contribute to the creation of user documentation and training materials for new systems.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn new technologies and business processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of relational databases or data modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with any Microsoft business application (e.g., Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Power BI).
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) through coursework or internships.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Prior internship experience in a business or technology-related role.
