Job Description
Are you passionate about cars and have an eye for immaculate detail? Vertu Motors plc is seeking a dedicated Mobile Hand-Wash Detailer to join our expanding team in Stoke-on-Trent. You will be responsible for providing premium, scratch-free hand-wash and detailing services directly to our discerning customers at their homes or workplaces. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, possesses excellent customer service skills, and is committed to upholding the highest standards of vehicle care using advanced techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality mobile hand-wash and detailing services for various vehicle types.
- Utilise "No Scratch Technology" methods and products to ensure flawless finishes.
- Travel to customer locations within the Stoke-on-Trent area with a fully equipped detailing vehicle.
- Assess vehicle condition and recommend appropriate detailing packages.
- Maintain equipment and ensure the detailing vehicle is clean and well-stocked.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company safety and quality standards.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and punctually.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in vehicle detailing or professional car washing.
- Demonstrable knowledge of "No Scratch Technology" detailing techniques and products.
- Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for automotive aesthetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform detailing tasks in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification from a reputable detailing academy or product manufacturer.
- Experience with paint correction and ceramic coating application.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle care protocols.
