Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mobile Nail Support professional to join our expanding team. This role requires a passionate individual with a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle, ready to provide top-tier nail care services directly to our clients across the Provo area. You will be responsible for delivering a full range of nail services, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and ensuring an outstanding client experience. Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client locations in and around Provo to provide mobile nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, and nail art.
- Set up and break down a mobile nail station efficiently and professionally, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.
- Consult with clients to assess their needs, recommend appropriate services, and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of sanitation and sterilization for all tools and equipment, adhering to state board regulations and salon standards.
- Manage appointment schedules and navigate effectively to client locations, ensuring punctuality.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
- Manage and maintain inventory of supplies, ensuring preparedness for all appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships and fostering loyalty.
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products.
Required Skills
- Valid Nail Technician license in the state of Utah.
- Proven experience in performing a variety of nail services (manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, etc.).
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle with current insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience as a nail technician.
- Proficiency in advanced nail art techniques.
- Experience with mobile beauty services or home visits.
- Basic knowledge of sales and client relationship management software.
- Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, as commonly spoken in the region).
