Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Music Label Admin Assistant. You will provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to the success of our artists and projects. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents using office software.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for industry showcases or company gatherings.
- Process invoices and track departmental budgets.
- Provide general administrative support to various teams as needed.
- Conduct basic research related to artists, music trends, or industry data.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Music Business, or a related field.
- Previous administrative experience (even if not in music).
- Familiarity with the music industry and its various components.
