Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mystery Shopping Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of mystery shoppers, ensuring the successful execution of various mystery shopping programs. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the quality, integrity, and timeliness of our data collection efforts, directly contributing to the actionable insights we provide to our clients. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of mystery shoppers, providing ongoing support and performance feedback.
- Assign shopping assignments and ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Review and audit mystery shopping reports for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shoppers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with internal project managers and client service teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of mystery shopping operations.
- Handle shopper inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor shopper performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in team leadership or management, preferably in a field-based or project-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in mystery shopping, market research, or quality assurance.
- Familiarity with mystery shopping software or data collection platforms.
- Experience in recruiting and onboarding field personnel.
