Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Liaison to join our team, focusing exclusively on written communication. In this crucial role, you will be the primary point of contact for Netflix members regarding their accounts, billing, technical issues, and content inquiries, all through text-based channels such as email, chat, and internal messaging systems. This position requires exceptional writing skills, empathy, and the ability to resolve complex issues clearly and concisely without verbal interaction. You will work within a supportive team environment, ensuring our members receive world-class service that reflects Netflix’s commitment to member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve member inquiries and issues efficiently through written communication channels (email, chat, internal tools).
- Provide accurate, comprehensive, and clear information regarding Netflix services, billing, account management, and troubleshooting steps.
- Proactively identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to specialized teams when necessary.
- Maintain high levels of member satisfaction by demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and knowledge base by providing feedback and insights.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) for response times and quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication skills in English, with a strong emphasis on grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Proven ability to articulate complex information clearly, concisely, and empathetically in a written format.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
