Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Netflix Show Categorization Clerk to join our remote content operations team. This is a crucial role responsible for accurately categorizing, tagging, and organizing our vast library of TV shows and movies, ensuring high search visibility and an optimal user experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for entertainment content, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a globally recognized brand from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Categorize and tag Netflix content (movies, TV series, documentaries, etc.) based on predefined guidelines and criteria.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in metadata entry to enhance content discoverability and recommendation algorithms.
- Research and verify information related to titles, genres, themes, and other descriptive elements.
- Identify and report discrepancies or issues in existing content data.
- Collaborate with content teams to refine categorization standards and improve efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Netflix's content catalog and industry trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of content management processes.
