Job Description
AdventHealth in Wesley Chapel, FL, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Office Services Assistant to join our professional team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and organize storage areas.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, including audiovisual equipment.
- Provide support for office equipment maintenance, including copiers, printers, and scanners.
- Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with office moves and reconfigurations as needed.
- Ensure common areas, such as kitchens and breakrooms, are tidy and well-stocked.
- Act as a point of contact for external vendors and service providers.

Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
