Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Clerk to join our team in Greeley, CO. This is an immediate start, full-time position offering weekly payouts. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to daily workflow, contributing to an efficient and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases with current and precise information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing general information.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for staff.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Provide front-desk support, greeting visitors and assisting with inquiries.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office administrative or support role.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures or healthcare administration.
- Experience with scheduling software or electronic health records (EHR) systems.
