Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work within a high-salary sector, supporting critical media planning and buying functions for top-tier clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of media campaigns, from initial setup to performance reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills, an analytical mind, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced environment. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the ability to contribute from anywhere in the United States, with a preference for candidates residing in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Media Planners and Buyers in the development and execution of comprehensive media plans across various channels (digital, social, programmatic, traditional).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and campaign materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance, gather data, and assist in the preparation of performance reports and presentations.
  • Manage media budgets, reconcile invoices, and track expenditures to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and new media opportunities to inform strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of media schedules, contracts, and campaign details.
  • Support the optimization of campaigns by identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, media partners, and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in media coordination, planning, or buying roles.
  • Proficiency with media planning software and tools (e.g., Mediaocean, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms (DSPs) or ad servers.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Previous experience working with agency-side clients or in a high-volume media environment.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms.
