Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Online Authenticity Aide, focusing on ensuring users can truly be themselves on our platforms. In this remote-first role, you will play a crucial part in monitoring, reviewing, and facilitating content and interactions to uphold our community guidelines and foster an environment of genuine self-expression. You will investigate reports, provide support, and contribute to initiatives that promote positive and authentic user experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Review reported content and user behavior to ensure compliance with authenticity and community guidelines.
  • Engage with users to provide support, clarify policies, and resolve issues related to online authenticity.
  • Identify patterns and trends in user interactions to inform improvements in platform policies and safety features.
  • Collaborate with trust and safety teams to develop and implement proactive strategies for fostering genuine online communities.
  • Participate in training and continuous learning to stay updated on emerging online authenticity challenges and best practices.
  • Contribute to educational resources that empower users to express themselves authentically and safely.
