Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training sessions to develop a strong understanding of Salesforce products, services, and customer service best practices.
- Respond to customer inquiries via online channels (chat, email, support tickets) with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or relevant departments as needed.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our knowledge base and customer service processes.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive to exceed service expectations.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when interacting with customers.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online communication tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or SaaS products.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
