Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Packing Shed Helper to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that fresh produce is efficiently sorted, packed, and prepared for distribution. The best part? This is undercover work, meaning you’ll be working in a controlled environment, completely protected from the elements – no rain to worry about here! Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort and pack fresh produce according to quality standards and specific order requirements.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring safe handling practices.
- Operate basic packing machinery under supervision (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organised work area within the packing shed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets.
- Report any issues with produce quality or equipment to supervisors promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 20kg.
