Job Description
We are seeking observant and reliable individuals to join our team as Parking Lot Mystery Attendants for simple, fast gigs in the LoDo district of Denver. This role involves discreetly evaluating the quality of service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of various parking facilities. As a Mystery Attendant, you will provide critical feedback to help us maintain high standards and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Perform assigned mystery shopping visits to various parking lots within the specified LoDo area.
- Discreetly observe and document specific operational aspects, including cleanliness, signage, attendant professionalism, and facility maintenance.
- Interact with parking staff as a regular customer to evaluate their service quality.
- Complete detailed and accurate evaluation reports online or via a mobile app within 24 hours of each visit.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions for each mystery shopping assignment.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all assignment details and findings.
