Job Description
Allied Universal is seeking dynamic and vigilant Part-time Door Supervisors for weekend shifts at high-energy venues throughout Wesley Chapel. Key Responsibilities
- Safeguard patrons and staff by maintaining a visible and reassuring presence at entry and exit points.
- Verify identification and age requirements for entry, adhering strictly to local alcohol and safety regulations.
- Manage crowd control and facilitate smooth entry/exit flows, especially during peak hours.
- Conduct bag checks and pat-downs as necessary and in accordance with venue policy.
- De-escalate conflicts and address disruptive behavior professionally and effectively.
- Liaise with venue management and local law enforcement when required.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting patrons with inquiries and directions.
- Complete incident reports accurately and promptly.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in security, crowd management, or a similar public-facing role.
- Excellent observational and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid state security license (D license in Florida) or ability to obtain one.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a door supervisor or bouncer in nightlife or event settings.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- De-escalation and conflict resolution training.
- Proficiency in a second language.
