Job Description

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our team as a Part-time Records Clerk. This is a 100% home-based remote role, specifically for weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process, classify, and file digital and physical documents.
  • Maintain and update record databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Retrieve and provide requested information promptly and efficiently.
  • Perform regular audits of records to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in the digitization of physical records.
  • Manage basic inquiries related to records and document retention.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively from a home environment
