Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with daily tasks, including prescription intake and processing.
- Manage inventory, including stocking shelves, organizing medications, and monitoring expiration dates.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy area, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering patient questions and directing them to the appropriate staff.
- Process patient transactions, including ringing up purchases and handling cash or credit card payments.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to pharmacy practice.
- Complete all required training and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable and punctual attendance

- Previous customer service experience in a retail setting
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Somali, Hmong)
