Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Picture Frame Assembly Laborer to join our production team in Downtown Courtenay. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of various picture frames, utilizing tools such as glue and staple guns. This position requires excellent manual dexterity, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality finished products. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble picture frame components accurately and efficiently using glue, staple guns, and other hand tools.
- Measure and cut materials to precise specifications as required.
- Inspect frame components for defects prior to assembly and finished products for quality assurance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Assist with material handling, packaging, and other general labor duties as needed.

- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to use hand tools, including staple guns and glue applicators, safely and effectively.
