Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Pinterest Content Creator with a strong focus on photography and video to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing, capturing, and producing visually stunning and highly engaging content specifically tailored for the Pinterest platform. Your creative vision will help showcase our products, inspire our audience, and drive significant traffic and engagement for Target. This role demands a keen eye for aesthetics, technical proficiency in photography and video production, and an in-depth understanding of Pinterest trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for Pinterest, aligning with Target's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photography and video content optimized for various Pinterest formats (e.g., Idea Pins, Standard Pins, Video Pins).
- Identify and leverage emerging Pinterest trends, aesthetics, and features to keep our content fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency.
- Manage content production timelines, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
- Analyze Pinterest performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and iterate on content strategies for continuous improvement.
- Maintain an organized library of digital assets, including raw footage, final edits, and related documentation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a content creator with a strong portfolio showcasing photography and video work, specifically for social media platforms like Pinterest.
- Expertise in photography techniques, lighting, composition, and post-production using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
