Job Description
Join Electronic Arts as a Playtester with a corporate site focus in Tacoma, WA. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and playability of our next-generation games. You will be responsible for rigorously testing pre-release game builds, identifying bugs, and providing detailed, constructive feedback to development teams. While the title references ‘EA Redwood’, this position is based on-site in our Tacoma office, contributing directly to our quality assurance efforts for major titles. Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and procedures for various game builds.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and other issues using internal tracking software.
- Provide clear, concise, and objective feedback on gameplay, features, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, producers, and fellow QA testers.
- Verify bug fixes and regression test previously identified issues.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing methodologies and processes.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all pre-release game content and company information.
Required Skills
