Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries and technical issues related to Netflix streaming, accounts, and billing, providing exceptional support.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within internal systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Monitor content performance and user feedback, escalating critical issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize workflows and enhance the overall member experience.
  • Stay informed about new Netflix features, content releases, and company policies to accurately assist members and internal teams.
  • Support administrative tasks as required, contributing to the efficient operation of the Grand Forks office.
  • Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
