Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Online Documentation Specialist to join our administrative team. This is a 100% remote Work-From-Home position, responsible for managing, maintaining, and creating high-quality online documentation for internal processes, user guides, and administrative procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, excellent technical writing skills, and a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our documentation is clear, accurate, and easily accessible to all relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and edit clear, concise, and comprehensive online documentation, including user manuals, help articles, and administrative guides.
  • Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect changes in processes, policies, and software.
  • Collaborate with various teams (e.g., HR, IT, Operations) to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.
  • Organize and structure documentation for optimal user experience and searchability.
  • Implement and manage version control for all documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to established company guidelines and style standards.
  • Identify opportunities for improving documentation quality and efficiency.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in technical writing or online content creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) or documentation platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, or a related field
  • Experience with Confluence, SharePoint, or similar collaborative tools
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools for creating visual aids (e.g., screenshots, flowcharts)
  • Experience in a remote work environment
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for online documentation
