Job Description
Are you passionate about customer service and looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment? As a member of our Quick Service Team, you’ll be at the forefront of the McDonald’s experience, ensuring every customer receives prompt, friendly service and high-quality food. You’ll be involved in various aspects of restaurant operations, from taking orders to food preparation and maintaining a clean, inviting atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Prepare menu items according to McDonald's strict quality and food safety standards.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Assist with stocking inventory and organizing supplies as needed.
