Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Real Estate Pinterest Manager to join our remote marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Pinterest marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation for our real estate agents and properties. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Pinterest platform, strong visual storytelling skills, and a passion for real estate. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a leading cloud-based brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategy aligned with real estate objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Create compelling visual content (Pins, Idea Pins, video Pins) including property showcases, home decor tips, market trends, and agent spotlight features.
  • Manage and optimize Pinterest profiles, boards, and Pin descriptions with relevant keywords for maximum search visibility.
  • Research and identify trending topics, keywords, and aesthetics within the real estate and home industries to inform content creation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, agent success, and design teams to ensure content consistency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor Pinterest analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest features, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Implement Pinterest advertising campaigns to boost reach and engagement for specific properties or agent initiatives.
  • Engage with the Pinterest community, respond to comments, and foster brand loyalty.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Pinterest Manager or similar social media role, specifically within real estate or a related industry.
  • Expertise in Pinterest's platform, analytics, and advertising tools.
  • Strong understanding of visual marketing, graphic design principles, and content creation best practices.
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating high-quality Pins.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
