Job Description
Are you a problem-solver with exceptional written communication skills and a passion for helping others? We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Apple Chat Support Agents. In this 100% text-based role, you will provide top-tier technical support and customer service to Apple users, resolving inquiries via chat without any voice interaction. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Apple customers through text-based chat to resolve product and service inquiries.
