Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Thrift Store Secret Shopper. This unique role offers you the chance to support our mission by evaluating the customer experience in our various retail locations in and around Overland Park. As a Secret Shopper, you’ll blend into our customer base, observe store operations, assess customer service quality, and provide valuable feedback to help us continuously improve. Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned Goodwill thrift store locations as a regular customer, adhering to specific shopping scenarios and guidelines.
- Observe and evaluate various aspects of the store environment, including cleanliness, organization, product availability, and merchandising.
- Assess the quality of customer service, including greeting, helpfulness, product knowledge, and checkout efficiency.
- Pay close attention to pricing accuracy and the overall shopping experience.
- Provide objective, detailed, and constructive feedback through structured reports promptly after each visit.
- Maintain complete discretion and anonymity during all shopping assignments.
- Adhere to all company policies and ethical guidelines for secret shoppers.
