Job Description

In this pivotal 100% remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for our most esteemed customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, discretion, and a personalized touch. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of VIP clients, managing all inquiries and requests with a high level of professionalism.
- Provide proactive and personalized support, anticipating client needs and offering tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with various internal departments and external partners to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records of client interactions, preferences, and service history to enhance future engagements.
- Educate clients on product features, services, new offerings, and company policies, ensuring full understanding.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, discretion, and adherence to privacy regulations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the VIP customer experience and actively contribute to process improvements and service innovations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a high-touch customer service, account management, or concierge role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of independent and swift action.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and general office applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate self-discipline, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- High level of empathy, discretion, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
- Fluency in English is essential for this role.
