Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Digital Assistant with a strong focus on social media and administrative support. This 100% remote role is crucial for maintaining our online presence and ensuring smooth operational workflows. You will be instrumental in managing social media content calendars, engaging with our online community, and providing essential administrative assistance to various departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule social media content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter).
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and customer inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in developing engaging social media campaigns and creative content ideas.
  • Maintain and organize digital files, documents, and databases.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare presentations or reports as needed.
  • Conduct online research to support marketing and administrative projects.
  • Provide email management and communication support.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Assist with basic data entry and record-keeping tasks.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with major social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
