Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Remote E-commerce Product Lister to join our growing digital team. This is a 100% remote position where you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently listing products on our various e-commerce platforms. The primary tasks will involve copy-pasting product information, images, and specifications from source documents into our content management system. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in work hours is a key aspect of this role, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively while meeting listing targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately copy and paste product information (descriptions, titles, features, specifications) from various sources into e-commerce listing templates.
- Upload product images and ensure they meet quality and sizing standards.
- Categorize products correctly to optimize search and user experience.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all listed product data before publication.
- Perform quality checks on live product listings to ensure consistency and error-free content.
- Maintain and update existing product listings as needed, including price changes, inventory updates, and new promotions.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure timely product launches and promotions.
- Adhere to established guidelines and best practices for product data entry and presentation.
- Utilize internal software and tools effectively for data management and task tracking.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies found during the listing process to the appropriate team members.
