Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Remote EA Advocate – Customer Experience Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a dedicated advocate for our enterprise customers, ensuring their voices are heard and their experiences with Oracle products and services are exceptional. You will identify key customer pain points, analyze customer feedback and data, and collaborate with various internal teams to drive resolutions and improvements. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary advocate for enterprise customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Analyze customer feedback, support tickets, and usage data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for service improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and support teams to drive customer-centric solutions.
  • Develop and present insights on customer experience to senior leadership, recommending actionable strategies.
  • Manage escalations and complex customer issues, providing clear communication and proactive updates.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer experience best practices and tools.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer advocacy, customer success, or customer experience analysis role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and customer feedback platforms.
  • Empathy and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with Oracle products or enterprise-level software solutions.
  • Certifications in Customer Experience (CX) or Project Management.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience working with global teams.
