Job Description
Kaiser Permanente is seeking a highly diligent and efficient Remote Form Processor to join our administrative team. This critical role involves processing a high volume of various forms and documents accurately and efficiently from a home office environment. You will be responsible for data entry, verification, and maintaining the integrity of our records, contributing directly to our operational efficiency and patient service. This is a 100% remote position, requiring a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process a high volume of digital and scanned forms, ensuring data integrity.
- Perform data entry tasks with speed and precision into designated systems.
- Verify information for completeness and accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Adhere strictly to data privacy and confidentiality guidelines (HIPAA compliance).
- Organize and maintain digital files and records systematically.
- Meet daily and weekly processing quotas and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any issues or challenges encountered.
- Utilize various software applications for data processing and record keeping.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient typing speed (minimum 45 WPM with high accuracy).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
