Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Remote Google Concierge to manage VIP customer relationships. This pivotal role involves providing exceptional, personalized support and strategic guidance to our most valued clients. As a Google Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for a select group of high-profile users, anticipating their needs, resolving complex issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their Google experience. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK, provided you have a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated primary contact for a portfolio of VIP Google clients.
  • Provide proactive and personalized support, anticipating client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Address complex technical and non-technical inquiries with precision and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
  • Educate VIP clients on new Google features, products, and services relevant to their interests.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with VIP clients through regular communication.
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to drive product and service improvements.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure a consistently superior service experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-touch customer service, account management, or VIP client relations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • High level of empathy, discretion, and professionalism when dealing with sensitive client information.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Google Workspace applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload in a remote environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level clients or high-net-worth individuals.
  • Familiarity with various Google products and services across different ecosystems (e.g., Cloud, Ads, Devices).
  • Project management experience.
  • Multilingual capabilities.
