Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Inventory Tracker to join our E-commerce Support team. This 100% remote position is crucial for maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring product availability, and supporting the smooth operation of our online retail channels. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory data, reconciling discrepancies, and collaborating with various departments to optimize our supply chain. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track inventory levels across multiple e-commerce platforms and warehouses.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies by investigating variances and making necessary adjustments.
- Generate regular inventory reports and provide insights to improve stock management.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure optimal stock flow and availability.
- Process returns, damaged goods, and incoming shipments to accurately update inventory records.
- Identify and flag potential stockouts or overstock situations.
- Maintain organized and accurate inventory databases and documentation.
- Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales trends and promotional activities.
- Respond to inventory-related inquiries from internal teams and provide timely support.
