Job Description

Salesforce is seeking a driven Remote Lead Generator to join our dynamic team. In this 100% remote role, you will be crucial in expanding our customer base by identifying, researching, and qualifying potential leads. This is a high-commission position where your success is directly tied to the quality and volume of leads you generate, without the pressure of direct selling. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive research to identify potential B2B leads within target industries and companies.
- Utilize various tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites, industry reports) to gather contact information and qualify prospects.
- Engage with potential leads through email, social media, and initial outreach to gauge interest and confirm fit.
- Maintain and update lead database (CRM) with accurate and detailed information.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Track and report on lead generation activities and results.
- Continuously learn about Salesforce products and solutions to better identify ideal customer profiles.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
