Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote YouTube Partner Support Specialist to join our global team. This is a unique opportunity to work from home, providing essential support to YouTube content creators and partners primarily through text and email channels. Your role will involve assisting partners with a wide range of inquiries, including monetization issues, channel management, policy questions, and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communication skills, a strong understanding of the YouTube platform, and a passion for helping creators succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic support to YouTube partners via email and text-based chat systems.
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues related to channel monetization, copyright, content policies, and technical glitches.
  • Educate partners on YouTube policies, features, and best practices to optimize their channel performance.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams while ensuring clear and concise documentation.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube product updates, policies, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation to improve support processes.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with users and provide patient, clear resolutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in navigating complex online platforms and CRM software.

  • Prior experience in customer support, particularly through text, chat, or email channels.

  • Familiarity with Google products and services.
