Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Banker to join our dynamic team in Fayetteville, NC. As a Retail Banker, you will be the face of Truist, building strong relationships with clients and helping them achieve their financial goals. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with various banking transactions, identifying client needs, and cross-selling suitable financial products and services. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and contributing to the financial well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Open new accounts and service existing ones, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate Truist products and services, such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards, and loan products.
  • Educate clients on digital banking solutions and self-service options.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a client-first approach.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all bank products, services, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Actively participate in branch sales goals and initiatives.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.
