Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Runway & Fashion Show Production Intern to join our dynamic team in Swansea. This is an incredible opportunity for an aspiring professional to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of fashion event production. You will work closely with our experienced production team, assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various fashion-related projects, with a primary focus on runway shows and presentations. This internship offers invaluable insight into the logistical, creative, and technical aspects of bringing high-end fashion events to fruition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the production team with pre-production tasks, including venue research, supplier coordination, and scheduling.
- Support casting calls, fittings, and talent management.
- Help with the sourcing, organization, and management of production materials and equipment.
- Contribute to the creation of call sheets, schedules, and production documents.
- Assist on-site during event setup, rehearsals, and live shows, ensuring smooth operations.
- Support backstage coordination, including model flow, dresser assignments, and hair/makeup schedules.
- Manage administrative tasks such as compiling reports, organizing files, and handling communications.
- Undertake research for new creative concepts, trends, and potential collaborators.
- Provide general support to the production team as needed to ensure successful event delivery.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous volunteer or internship experience in event planning or fashion.
- Familiarity with production software or design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Knowledge of the local fashion scene in Wales or the UK.
