Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Salon Junior to join our bustling team in Missoula. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals passionate about the beauty industry and eager to learn the ropes of salon operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our salon runs smoothly and our clients have a pleasant experience. This role offers weekly pay and requires availability on Saturdays to support our peak client hours. Key Responsibilities
- Assist stylists with client preparation, including shampooing, conditioning, and detangling hair.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, including sweeping hair, sanitizing stations, and laundry duties.
- Greet clients warmly, offer beverages, and ensure their comfort during their visit.
- Prepare and restock styling products, towels, and other salon supplies.
- Support front desk operations by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing payments as needed.
- Observe and learn from experienced stylists and colorists.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
