Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sentiment Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. This is a 100% home-based position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our data collection and analysis efforts by accurately categorizing and tagging various forms of text data based on sentiment (positive, negative, neutral) and specific themes. Your meticulous work will contribute directly to the quality of insights we provide to our clients, helping them understand consumer perceptions and market trends. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately read and interpret text-based content (e.g., social media posts, reviews, survey responses).
- Assign sentiment labels (positive, negative, neutral) and relevant categories to data entries.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in data tagging.
- Adhere to established guidelines and criteria for sentiment analysis and data categorization.
- Identify and escalate ambiguous or challenging data points to team leads for clarification.
- Manage time effectively to meet daily and weekly data entry targets.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions as required.

- Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills.
